TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax
- All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
- The watersport tour is subject to actual weather conditions, in case of Strong Monsoon Signal, Rainstorm Signal and/or Thunderstorm Signal is hoisted by the Observatory; the tour may have to be delayed, cancelled and rescheduled.
- No cancellation of booking is allowed once the reservation is confirmed
- One-time amendment is allowed in case of bad weather conditions (within 3 months)
- No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts
- In case of any disputes, WM Hotel reserves the right of final decision
- WM Hotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice
- Watersports Tour Terms & Conditions
- The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to change according to weather and instructors’ decision
- All program booking should be made at least 8 days (Mon – Fri) or 15 days (Sat, Sun & PH) in advance.
- Following is the special arrangement during bad weather (but not near / cover the class location, for instance, Sai Kung area):
- a. When typhoon signal No.3 or above is hoisted 2 hours before the booked time slot, the booked activity will be postponed.
- b. When the red or black rainstorm warning signal is announced 2 hours before the booked time slot, the booked activity will be postponed.
- c. If typhoon signal No.3 or above is announced during the course/class/tour, the activity will be terminated immediately
- d. If a red or black rainstorm warning signal is announced during the course/class, the activity will be terminated immediately.
- e. The instructor has determined the water condition is unsafe. The instructor has the absolute right to decide whether to cancel or continue the lesson subject to the safety of water condition and/or environment.
- f. All participants should obey the Instructors’ instructions. No swimming is allowed without permission.
