Embark on a Southeast Asian culinary journey at Cafè@WM. From 3 April 2026 onwards, our brand-new “Flavours of Southeast Asia” Dinner Buffet showcases a tempting selection of regional favourites, perfect for sharing with family and friends over a vibrant tropical feast.

Start with refreshing appetisers such as Tamarind Green Papaya Salad, Vietnamese Fresh Chicken Rice Paper Rolls, Crispy Fried Spring Rolls and Sugarcane Shrimp. Seafood lovers can savour Baked Oysters and Grilled Mussels with Garlic Butter, while the grill station serves aromatic Malaysian Chicken Satay Skewers. At the live noodle station, enjoy rich Malaysian Laksa and comforting Vietnamese Beef Pho, both featuring deeply flavoured broths.

Available every Friday to Sunday, each guest will also receive a Chilled Abalone in Thai-Style. The buffet continues with Creamy Tom Yum Prawn Fusilli, “Crab Tang Hoon” Claypot Crab Vermicelli, Hainan Chicken Sushi and the classic Bak Kut Teh.
