TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax.
  • All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
  • Reservation is required to be made at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
  • One-time free date amendment (before 30 Sep 2026) up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • No cancellations are allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
  • No refund for booking cancellation, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • In case of any disputes, WM Hotel Hong Kong, Vignette Collection reserves the right of final decision.

Sharp Island Ferry Tickets Terms and Conditions:

  • Round-trip ferry service from/to Sai Kung to/from Sharp Island is managed and operated by a third party.
  • An additional ferry ticket is HK$30+13% per person. 
  • This ticket is valid from now to Sep 30, 2026.
  • This ticket must be redeemed on or before the validity date. 
  • Original copy must be presented upon boarding.
  • This ferry ticket is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, other benefits or offers.
  • Defaced, altered, or expired tickets are invalid, and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
  • This ticket is only valid when it bears an authorized signature and company chop.
  • WM Hotel Hong Kong, Vignette Collection reserves the right to modify, change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
