Payment link will be sent to guest and pre-payment is required within 7 days after booking has been made.
One-time free date amendment (within 3 months) up to 7 days prior to the arrival (date changes are subject to additional charges).
No cancellation of booking is allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
No refund for booking cancellation, no-show, early departure, or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.

Terms and Conditions for Bridal Pick-up Activities and Ceremony:
In‐room amenities are provided for registered guests only. Additional requests are subject to additional charges.
All ceremonies and group activities should be conducted inside the guestroom, and causing disturbance to other guests is not allowed. Voices should be kept at a normal level to maintain serene surroundings for additional guests.
For safety reasons, throwing rice and beans is not allowed in the corridor, hotel elevators, or public areas of the hotel.
Flammables and the use of candles are not allowed inside the room to avoid triggering the fire alarm system.
Auspicious and celebratory materials can only be put up on windows and mirrors with Blu‐tack. Use of tapes / double‐sided adhesive materials is strictly prohibited.
Drone use is not permitted on the property or in the airspace above the hotel.
Any damage to the furniture, floor, wall surface, and interior will result in a recovery charge.
Due to the limited supply of guestrooms for bridal pick up ceremony, please follow hotel check-in and check-out time.
In case of any disputes, WM Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
